Personal Testimonies
Stories of Lives
Changed by the Gospel
Hear personal accounts of how individuals came to understand their need of salvation and put their faith in Jesus Christ. Each testimony is different, but each points to the same Saviour and the same good news of the gospel.
About the series
Different stories. The same gospel.
No two people come to Christ with exactly the same story.
Some grow up hearing the Bible from childhood. Others encounter the gospel much later in life. Some can point to a particular moment when everything became clear, while for others the understanding came gradually.
These personal testimonies tell those stories in their own words: how individuals became aware of their sin and their need before God, how they came to understand what Jesus Christ accomplished at the cross, and how they personally trusted Him for salvation.
The circumstances vary, but the foundation does not. Salvation is not found in becoming religious, turning over a new leaf, or earning God’s favour. It is found in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again.
These are personal stories, but their purpose is ultimately to point beyond the person telling them—to Christ.
Could their story help you understand your own?
A testimony cannot save anyone, and another person’s experience will never be exactly your own. But hearing how someone else came to understand the gospel can sometimes make familiar truths much clearer.
As you listen, consider the question at the heart of every testimony: What will you do with Jesus Christ?
Personal Stories
Hear Their Testimonies
Listen as people from different backgrounds share how they came to know Jesus Christ personally and what brought them to trust Him as their Saviour.
Their stories are different. The message is the same.
The gospel is not only for the people whose stories you hear here. The Bible says that all of us need salvation—and that Jesus Christ offers forgiveness and eternal life to everyone who trusts in Him.
